Job Title: Technical Product Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing various systems, including life safety, security, building management, and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design documents, including datasheets, system architecture, operation procedures, and scope of work
  • Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities and Specification & Design Basis Report
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Obtain customer sign-off on SAT and project close-out forms
  • Review and approve System Integrator drawings/documents
  • Estimate quantities for execution and manage resource allocation
  • Interact with consultants on project-related matters and respond to RFI (Request for Information) raised by the execution team
  • Provide site support, coordination, and deliver design-related drawings
  • Plan and schedule project assignments, including schedules of drawings, method statements, material submittals, and installation-commissioning schedules
