About the Position

Product Specialist

medical devices portfolio
through
product training, customer support, market research, and sales coordination
.

Reporting To


Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Demos:
    Assist in product demonstrations, training sessions, and post-sale support for healthcare professionals
  • Technical Support:
    Provide clinical and technical support during trials/installations
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Coordinate with sales, marketing, QA/RA teams to execute product strategies and ensure compliance
  • Market Research:
    Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Documentation:
    Prepare product manuals, brochures, and training materials
  • Product Lifecycle:
    Support lifecycle management activities and respond to field queries
  • Feedback Loop:
    Collect and report field insights to drive product improvements

Desired Profile

  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Experience:
    0–2 years (internships included) in product support, sales, or clinical applications
  • Skills:
    Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge:
    Understanding of medical devices & hospital workflows
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel extensively
  • Tech Skills:
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus
