Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical projects and instrumentation.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for demonstrating Caliber products to customers, on-site build installations and configurations, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and oral skills, with the ability to lead projects and teams.

The Product Specialist will also be responsible for executing UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, training end-users on Caliber products, installation of production builds and database maintenance plans, onsite support and customer call handling, reproducing reported issues or test cases at offshore, patch updating and maintenance, installation of training, UAT and production builds, execution of Operational Qualification, supporting customers on PQ execution, interface configurations, executing test scripts, assisting in internal validation of product, executing validation scripts, documenting issues and deviations of on-site validation, reviewing validation outputs with customers, and preparing validation summary reports.
