Job Title: Production Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production implementation specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Gather requirements for process improvement (PI) designing of products, develop master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Validate created PIs for site deployment and provide status updates to project managers on a day-to-day basis on progress, issues, and risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules: User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical application design, as well as knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and shop floor order processes to convert site requirements into batch records.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with product vendors on product-related issues during upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and defects resolution during validation of PIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module.
  • Experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH- Configuration, Customization.
  • Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation, Upgrade, Development, and Configuration.
