Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Franchise Acquisition Manager. This role involves identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities, evaluating competitive offerings, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential business regions for franchise development.
  • Build strong networks with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
  • Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
  • Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
  • Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
  • Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Stock broking industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
