Business Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to establish a new business venture from the ground up. As the Business Program Manager, this individual will serve as a strategic partner to the business head, driving growth and innovation across all functions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing business data management, providing actionable insights for improvement, and owning business execution on the ground and behind the screen.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Data Management: Oversee complete business data management, from function charters to Profit and Loss statements, and draw insights for business improvement.
  • Execution Ownership: Own business execution, working closely with the business head to drive outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business functions and leadership, facilitating collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Process Building and Productization: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and productize business operations through technology solutions.
  • New City Launches: Lead on-ground operations for new city launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership and ability to switch context quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
