We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our US Staffing Operations team as an HR Compliance Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and contractors.

  • ">Main Responsibilities:">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including completion of necessary documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities within specified timeframes.">
  • The individual will also be tasked with coordinating background verification processes, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure all screenings are completed accurately and within timelines.">
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance-related documents are up-to-date is another key aspect of this role.">
  • The chosen candidate will be required to navigate multiple systems and maintain documentation via various MSP portals, ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.">
  • This position also involves supporting the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.">
  • The successful candidate must apply their understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.">
  • The individual will be responsible for maintaining trackers and coordinating return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.">
  • This role also requires acting as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.">
  • The HR Compliance Coordinator will also prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.">
