Senior Plant Mechanical Equipment Designer

Key Responsibilities:\
- Work collaboratively with the Project Consultant Engineering team to design plant mechanical equipment and piping requirements.
- Finalize project specifications for mechanical equipment and piping in line with the latest design standards.
- Monitor and track engineering deliverables for the project.
- Understand and implement project design best practices.
- Provide project design consultancy based on the Basic Engineering Package.
- Oversee the status of project engineering (designing) and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Prepare and review MTO (Material Take Off) List and BOQ (Bill of Quantity) to facilitate procurement activities.
- Prepare and review equipment manufacturing drawings, GA (General Arrangement) drawings.
A successful candidate should have a minimum qualification of B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 to 9 years of experience in the field of chemical/petrochemical/refinery project designing, vendor development for project consultancy/design.
\They should also have experience in project activities from the grassroots level.
