About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Thermal Power Plant Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring scheduled mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the optimal availability of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and monitor scheduled mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the optimal availability of equipment.
  2. Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability.
  3. Analyze breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and arrest leaks regularly.
  4. Monitor and control cost of mechanical maintenance activities to minimize costs.
  5. Identify methods of improving component life through interaction with OEMs and other companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal power plant operations and maintenance, with experience in steam turbine and boiler pressure parts maintenance. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
