Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical component design and simulation efforts using industry-leading tools. Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate design outputs for strength, heat transfer, and flow analysis to ensure they meet rigorous standards.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of project milestones across conceptual to detailed design phases, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with PEs, engineering leadership, and certification experts to advance technical excellence.
  • Promote external engagement and maintain strong technical credentials through participation in industry forums and conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Ansys software for mechanical component design and simulation.
  • Proven track record of owning technical reviews, design documentation, and project cost/schedule estimations.
  • Able to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
