We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing catalog specialists and driving process improvements to enhance the Selling Partner and Customer experience.
About the RoleAs a Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver value to customers by defining and meeting program scope within timelines. You will also be responsible for effectively managing change across work streams, communicating with stakeholders, and planning and initiating efforts within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 high-performing catalog specialists, fostering their professional development.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process controls, recommending revisions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and scale system-level solutions that have metric impact, driving adoption of solutions across teams.
- Conduct interviews with Strategic Sellers, collect voice of the Sellers, identify listing challenges, and work on effective solutions with product teams.
- Perform data analysis on trends observed and recommend solutions to the product and business teams.
- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders across the globe to deliver on key business goals and objectives by driving consensus and building trust.
- Investigate operational and business-specific failures, documenting issues, RCAs, and action plans within the functional area.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- B.Tech/M.Tech/Graduation with equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading process improvements.
- Experience in e-commerce/Retail/service industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts.
- Experience back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
