Senior Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives, driving high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition across international markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for performance marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, target audiences, and competitive insights to inform global campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Lead the optimization of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure cultural and linguistic customization of campaigns.
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record in managing large-scale budgets.
- Expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital media platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, attribution models, and campaign automation.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- A plus: experience in international performance campaigns.
