IT Infrastructure Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the definition and management of IT infrastructure, applications, hardware, and network systems within the organization.

This role will be based inside the factory grounds, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and developing SAP S4/HANA systems.

Other duties include planning and managing the annual IT budget, defining IT strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, and rolling out global initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include managing purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware, technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure, and proposing and coordinating the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field, and at least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.

Key qualifications include excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems, expertise in data center management and data governance, familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security and other IT compliance standards, strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, strong communication skills, team collaboration & leading projects and teams virtually, excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to priorities tasks.

As a system administrator, you will be expected to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, act as IT support lead for the assigned organization, adapt and integrate group guidelines and policies into the region, serve as a liaison between the subsidiary business units and the group business units and technical IT teams, and manage local / regional technical operations of IT solutions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in working in a Factory set up and exposure in managing IT setup for OT environments, experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies, and any exposure with Lead digitalization initiatives like smart factory and automation.
