Technical roles require individuals who can effectively oversee and coordinate technical operations. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical aspects.

The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to supervise and delegate tasks efficiently, motivating team members to work towards common goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in various tech stacks, including but not limited to: back end – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; front end – React Js; DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring team members adhere to the same standards.
  • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work, keeping everything in sync.
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Monitor front-end performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Technical Lead Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
