Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to oversee our quality management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all quality assurance and control processes at our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards. They should also possess expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee testing procedures to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Pareto charts, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
