Key System Administrator Role

The Supply Chain Systems Team is seeking a skilled system administrator to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of our systems. As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

This role bridges technology and operations by managing system configurations, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents while also serving as the first point of contact for business users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serving as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions.
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators.
  • Managing automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Responding to system alerts and using monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicating technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applying standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, and Logility is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role is required.
