**Job Title:** Chief Operating Officer

Role Summary:

Job Description:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end P&L management, setting strategic direction and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG, empowering functional heads and shared services.
  • Drive market expansion through focused growth strategies, building channel and partner ecosystems in key geographies.
  • Establish a predictable order book and margin profile, negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Oversee manufacturing modernization, improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality, deploying capital expenditure with disciplined ROI focus.
  • Lead digital transformation, institutionalizing data-driven governance and decision-making.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  • Foster a performance culture, defining clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench development, with safety and compliance as non-negotiable priorities.

 

What We Are Looking For (Capability & Experience):

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering, with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up success.
  • A strong track record of driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Proven command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditure deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Experience as a people leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
