Lead Generation Specialist

This is a challenging role for a lead generation specialist who can research and analyze target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills to execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional Sales Leaders.
  • Collaboration with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand generation is also a critical part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behaviour is necessary for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is also required.

In addition to these skills, we require a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, as well as 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analyze Target Accounts: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies.
  • Execute Outbound Prospecting Initiatives: Generate interest and schedule meetings for regional Sales Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Design and execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand generation.
  • Engage with Executives: Understand pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Lead Data: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
  • Track and Report KPIs: Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3-6 years inside sales or lead generation in a technology environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
