
Business Development Lead

This is a challenging role for a lead generation specialist who can research and analyze target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills to execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional Sales Leaders.
- Collaboration with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand generation is also a critical part of this role.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
- A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behaviour is necessary for success in this position.
- Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is also required.
In addition to these skills, we require a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, as well as 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analyze Target Accounts: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies.

- Track and Report KPIs: Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3-6 years inside sales or lead generation in a technology environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
