We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead our bidding team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
Key responsibilities include defining strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-value projects, mentoring the team, and driving higher conversion rates.
Requirements- Proven Upwork bidding experience with strong track record of closing high-value projects
- Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members)
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates
- Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication
- Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance
- Excellent written and spoken English
The ideal candidate will have worked with international clients and possess a deep understanding of the software development industry.
