Business Intelligence Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to lead our digital platform project. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze business requirements to inform the development of the digital platform
  2. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRSs)
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets their needs and aligns with business objectives
  4. Analyze data to support decision-making and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize platform performance and user experience
  6. Work closely with project managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital platforms, software development, or global projects
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
