Job Title

Process Improvement Specialist - Digital Transformation Expertise

  • A day in the life of a digital transformation professional involves working with clients to understand their requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings.

  • As part of the delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.

  • You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.

  • Key responsibilities include process analysis, designing, and integration, as well as experience in IBM BPM/BAW architecture, design, and implementation. Strong understanding of banking, telecom, or manufacturing domains is essential.

  • Experience in Agile project methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, and Bamboo are highly desirable.

  • Additional skills required include strong knowledge of SQL and DML commands, good functional understanding of domain-specific software, and ability to work on Change Requests (Change Management) as Change Coordinator.

  • Exception handling, tracking, reporting, online and offline deployments, UCAs, Linked Processes, subprocesses, Web Services, Client-side Human services, Coach views, and deployment tools are also crucial.
