Job Title: Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our Group Digital & IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful training content for Siemens Teamcenter PLM users.

  • Design and develop customized training materials tailored to various Teamcenter user roles.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide post-training support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain content repositories to track training effectiveness.

You Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating engaging training content, preferably in PLM environments.
  • A strong understanding of Siemens Teamcenter architecture and tools.
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP SuccessFactors and Moodle.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to drive results-oriented outcomes.
