Telecom Sales and Distribution Expert

Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone partnership that provides pan India Voice and Data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing distribution networks, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Lead a team of distributors, focusing on infrastructure development, investment, and ways of working for reliable service delivery
- Ensure effective distribution planning, execution, and monitoring to expand town coverage, appoint new distributors, and build quality outlets
- Optimize SAC budgets to maximize quality customer acquisitions, strengthen trade relationships, and track market intelligence
- Foster a high-performing team through coaching, performance reviews, and incentives
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCG, with a deep understanding of distribution ecosystems and market development
- Strong sales and distribution planning skills, along with the ability to motivate teams and build capabilities
- Basic budget management skills and proficiency in performance analytics, review, and target achievement
- Graduate or MBA preferred, with excellent communication skills in English and local market languages
Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
