About the Role

This Sales Manager will lead our distribution and market growth efforts in Pan India, working closely with Area Sales Managers and field executives. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in Direct Sales, B2C, Telecom, FMGC, Fintech, or Device sales domains.

Responsibilities
  1. Grow distribution and market share in assigned areas.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for extensive QR deployment and product sales.
  3. Identify, recruit, and manage a sales team to drive business in the market.
  4. Plan market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives.
  5. Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
  6. Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
  7. Ensure regular sales and usage activities in assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Graduate or above / post-graduation preferred.
  • Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively.
