Sales Team Lead

PAYTM is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering a variety of payment use cases. Our ecosystem enables consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) such as Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later.
About the Team: The Oil and Gas Vertical Focused Offline Payment Solution team includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. We predominantly deal with Petrol and gas station merchants and other retail businesses, handling end-to-end sales and operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing ones, maintaining good relationships with PSU Companies / Oil Marketing Companies.
About the Role: As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for selling products or services for our company and representing our brand. You will also manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

Requirements & Expectations
- You must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
- Candidate must have a zeal for growth.
- Candidate should have good market knowledge.
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before, with 5 member sales team handled before.
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics.
- Must have experience in getting a team earn lucrative incentives.
Superpowers/Skills Required for Success
- More than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution.
- Team-handling experience is a must.
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales.
