Backend Developer - Technical Lead

Role Overview

Our organization seeks a Backend Developer with strong leadership skills to spearhead the development of scalable and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, build, and maintenance of robust backend services utilizing Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Develop and optimize real-time communication systems leveraging Redis, WebSockets (Socket.io), and scalable database architectures.
  • Implement caching strategies, performance tuning, and scaling solutions for high-traffic environments.
  • Architect APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with our frontend and mobile clients.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with strong documentation for long-term scalability.
  • Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability in production environments.
  • Coordinate with the frontend team to deliver products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL with proven ability in query optimization.
  • Practical expertise with Redis for caching, messaging, and WebSocket-based communication.
  • Solid understanding of scalable system design, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is desirable.
