Job Title: Director of Digital Engagement

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our social media strategies and manage client relationships. As the Director of Digital Engagement, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of digital and social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and aligning with their business objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the development of digital and social media strategies, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, fostering a collaborative environment and driving team performance.
  • Advocate for clients by ensuring that campaigns align with their objectives, rather than just completing tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
