For this role, we require:
- 1-6 years of experience in distribution, distributor sales, primary sales, channel sales, or retail sales
- A strong understanding of Paint & Building Material Industry dynamics and Consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with retailers
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
