We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Lead the successful deployment, configuration, and administration of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM systems.
  • Administer key applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.
  • Manage metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components.
  • Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Collaborate with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backup, and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Maintain performance and architecture, ensuring reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view service details and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  • Communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle.
  • Support technical team members in managing instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Develop best practices to administer and improve reliability and security.
  • Serve as primary contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  • Partner with teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Document system requirements and process flows.
  • Design and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  2. 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  3. 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  4. Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP).
  5. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  6. Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
  7. Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects.
  8. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications are preferred.
  9. Deep understanding of SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server life cycle management.
  10. Excellent English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  11. Desire to teach and mentor other engineers.
  12. Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  13. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
