Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS using industry-standard practices and tools.
  • Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and scaling.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible to ensure consistency and speed.
  • Develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins to streamline software deployment processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and cloud services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, including expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and domains to stay up-to-date in the field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other relevant technologies to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or Bash, to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
