We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective implementation of solutions.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business, focusing on delivering enhancements and owning production support.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents from business requirements.
  • Prepare and review test plans and test scripts.
  • Participate in system-level tests to compare actual results with expected results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Information Technology, or military experience required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream.
  • Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in Procurement and Accounting and Sourcing.
  • Multiple end-to-end project experience in Source to Pay and prior support experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP Tables and SAP Technical Troubleshooting and similar TCODES relevant for P2P.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies.
