Job Title: Business Process Enhancement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with the IT Development Team to implement new workflows and understand process changes.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing, identify bugs, and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with developers to address user queries, assist with Accounts Payable processes, and maintain project data.
  • Track task progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts impacting project timelines.
  • Coordinate integration of Xero, STO, and other third-party applications for streamlined business processes.
  • Support the internal team post-deployment and train Operations teams on portal modules.

Minimum Tenure Condition

  • Employees are expected to serve a minimum tenure of 18 months from their 'Date of Joining' to ensure continuity and effective contribution to the organization.
  • Early separation prior to completing 18 months may result in reimbursement of two months Monthly Gross Salary, accounting for training investment and potential impact on business operations and client relationships.
