Business Development and Performance Enhancement Specialist

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to drive business growth and performance improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the corporate team to implement HR strategies that support units in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop training programs to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to design and implement individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to hire qualified candidates and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
