Enterprise RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced RPA developer to streamline and digitize key business processes by designing, building, and deploying robust automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in programming and a keen understanding of process design and improvement within financial systems. Strong expertise in both UiPath and Blue Prism is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism to digitize and streamline key business processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiency.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable automation solutions that are aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python to support and extend RPA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing bots and automation processes, ensuring high availability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong, hands-on expertise with both UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of process design and improvement, particularly within financial systems.
  • Experience with various automation concepts and frameworks, including attended and unattended bots.
