As a key member of our Insights and Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, you will help decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Development: Collaborate with government and public companies to develop comprehensive strategies promoting investment and driving significant production growth in the mining sector.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas, including exploration, geology, mine development & design, extraction & beneficiation, refining, to support regulatory frameworks and company strategies.

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, generating actionable output, including recommendations and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable mining practices and build strong relationships.

Performance Metrics: Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to developing methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations, facilitating proposal development and business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mining fields (geology, mining specialist, etc.) or equivalent; MBAs preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to optimize mining operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
