About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to fill this position.

As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our wider business, including reporting, testing and maintenance of software and implementing IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the wider business, including reporting, testing and maintenance of their software and implementing IT systems and applications.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux OS.
  • Ensure all tickets worked include the problem, solution, end user, initiation and completion time, and end user satisfaction.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Assist the help desk function of the wider group.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous help desk experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Very good understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience desirable but not necessary.

This is a senior role requiring applicants to have the right skills and certifications.
