Job Title:

Employee Health Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Employee Health Representative to join our team.

As an Employee Health Representative, you will play a critical role in servicing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and studying client portfolios.

  • Servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities
  • Studying client portfolios and consulting on risk management
  • Gathering market insights and negotiating better terms with insurers
  • Maintaining 100% client retention rate
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations and assisting with roadshows
  • Engaging with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys
  • Booking and Invoicing of Business on Time
  • Coordinating with other practices to explore portfolio level penetration in client relationships
  • Interacting with insurance markets to source best solutions for clients
  • Ensuring documentation and policy issuance meets SLA requirements
  • Renewal tracking and timely reminders for premium payments
  • Providing assistance to clients regarding claims queries
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for deliverable execution

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in community, school, or college leadership roles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good networking and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain 100% client retention rate.
