
Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Team Leader in the US Healthcare Process, your primary role will be to oversee and manage a team of professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of the team, including monitoring work and attendance.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve high-performance delivery.
- Identifying performance issues and implementing corrective action.
- Ensuring customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- Communicating expectations and providing timely updates.
- Conducting team meetings and scheduling activities.
- Staying current on internal processes and policies.
- Exercising independent judgment and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
- Strong operations matrices like Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA.
- Excellent communication skills.
