Job Overview

A healthcare professional with strong leadership skills is required to oversee a team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and guide their team to achieve excellence in service delivery, while meeting contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the work and attendance of team members to ensure adherence to organization policy and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and provide timely updates on goals and expectations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and schedule activities to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures to make informed decisions.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other leaders and managers to support program goals and objectives.
  • Provide input for employee selection, training, development, and performance appraisals.
  • Manage team members' performance and deliver performance evaluations on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience in international healthcare or insurance process management.
  • Strong understanding of operations matrices, including attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
