Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge health analytics and risk management solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams in India to design and implement clinically relevant AI-enabled products that cater to end-users in clinical and care management.

  • Drive the creation of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Establish a suite of internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Prioritize operational efficiency through project management tool implementation and process improvement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop practical data- and AI-driven health analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams and building leadership skills.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least one maintained software product.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and/or data science for 5+ years.
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills with strong communication in English and Hindi.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Executive presence and effective communication with US leadership.
  • Background in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong focus on software security and experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
