Healthcare Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced data engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating data solutions to support AI/ML initiatives in the healthcare industry.

This role involves cleaning, rationalizing, normalizing, and integrating large healthcare datasets (claims, member, provider, clinical data) to ensure readiness for AI-driven analytics and automation. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, compliant data pipelines for predictive analytics, risk stratification, fraud detection, and other use cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare data engineering, proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction, as well as knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems. They will also have expertise in cloud-based solutions, APIs, and enterprise integration platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Experience in Healthcare Data Engineering:
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR)
  • Expertise in cloud-based solutions, APIs, and enterprise integration platforms
