The healthcare industry is rapidly evolving, and companies are seeking professionals who can drive innovation and improve patient outcomes. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and prioritize the product backlog. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that products meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory landscapes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise user stories.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Gather requirements from customers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive insights.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies, providing guidance and clarification to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with a significant portion of this experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
