Key Responsibilities:

  • Explaining project details to customers and negotiating prices to close deals
  • Tying up with channel partners
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • FOLLOWING UP ON CALLS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Collection of documents from customers and processing loans
  • Staying up-to-date with products and competitors

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Good convincing ability
  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Qualification: HSC/Graduate

Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (based on performance and experience).
