Job Overview
VCATCH is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to work as a Tele Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads by cold-calling potential customers and identifying their needs
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers through outbound calls
- Promote our products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and quotas
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
Requirements and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivated and target-driven
