Marketing Data Analyst

We seek a skilled marketing data professional to drive business growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics etc.).
  • Dashboard and Report Building
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Trend Identification and Insights
  • Identify trends, patterns and insights to support strategic decision making.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Predictive Modeling and Segmentation
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Campaign Optimization
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-driven recommendations.
  • Data Accuracy and Compliance
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics or mathematics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
