Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven marketing specialist with proven experience in scaling D2C brands.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Create, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
    • Build comprehensive strategies tailored for D2C brands.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website user experience.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience Research & Planning:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale targeted audiences using lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based models.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth strategies.
Key Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with significant monthly ad spends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
