Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis and insights to clients across various platforms.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment setup, and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Maintaining a database of collated scores from different tools.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Crafting compelling dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or PowerBI.

You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, work effectively as part of a team, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

In addition, you should be able to identify innovative ways to enhance current methods of execution, operate independently with strong domain knowledge, and meet strict deadlines while ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE OF TABLEAU FOR DATA PRESENTATION.
