Procurement Excellence: Lead the Solar Industry

The Head of Department will lead the end-to-end procurement process for solar components and services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize procurement spend.
  • Drive procurement planning aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts and strategic alliances with suppliers.

Vendor Development & Management:

  • Identify and onboard reliable vendors for solar components and services.
  • Conduct regular vendor evaluations and audits for quality, performance, compliance, and cost.
  • Maintain key vendor relationships at a senior level.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor material requirement plans and proactively address supply risks or delays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 18–20 years of procurement experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
