We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute detailed project plans aligned with organizational objectives.">
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.">
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.">
  • Establish key performance indicators and project monitoring mechanisms.">

Project Execution & Monitoring:

">
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects from initiation to commissioning.">
  • Ensure strict adherence to scope, cost, and timelines.">
  • Monitor daily site progress, coordinate with site engineers and contractors.">
  • Implement corrective actions in case of deviations or delays.">

Engineering & Technical Oversight:

">
  • Review and validate engineering designs, layouts, and technical specifications.">
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, civil, and mechanical design standards.">
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.">
  • Ensure smooth integration of solar systems with grid / BESS.">

Stakeholder & Team Management:

">
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.">
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.">
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.">
  • Act as the key point of contact for all project-related communication.">

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent. Master's preferred.">
  • 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.">
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects.">
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.">
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and vendor management.">
