Job Title: Solar Energy Operations Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Solar Energy Operations Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of solar power plants across India.

  • Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis: Track the performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  • Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.
  • MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
  • Experience: 7-10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management

  • Problem-solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems & MIS Reporting: Proficient in using ERP systems and MIS reporting tools to manage data and generate reports

Work Environment:

  • Base Location: Pune Head Office
  • Travel to Project Sites: Frequent travel to project sites across India
